Flowing Forward: Uncovering the Zen of Online Yoga Business Success

The global wellness industry is at an all-time high. This research project identifies factors of success for an online yoga business and how to strategically implement them based on the research data. The study that was conducted consisted of 100 responses that were analyzed using descriptive statistics, univariate analysis, multivariate analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis through Microsoft Excel.

Dunkin’: Brand Management Audit & Consumer Insights Report

This report analyzes Dunkin’ Donuts current internal and external branding strategies. A survey of 100 respondents was conducted to reveal the consumer perception of the brand. The results of the survey indicated a disconnect between the consumer perception and the branding. The report concludes with several recommendations of how Dunkin’ Donuts can strengthen their current brand strategy.

Uber: Consumer Behavior Insights

For this report, a total of 15 interviews were conducted to gain insight on the consumer journey and buying behavior of Uber users. The interviewees were walked through each stage of the consumer journey, from awareness to advocacy, and asked to describe in detail their experience with Uber and competitors such as Lyft. After analyzing the interview results, several recommendations were generated to help enhance consumers’ experience with Uber.
